Ordered a $200 collectors edition of NieR, its turns up on time but totally smashed and damaged because there was 0 packaging; no bubblewrap, no air packets, NOTHING. Contact support immediately; after waiting 5 days, I get a generic ‘check the pre-shipment FAQ’ response. Don’t know how they arrived at that as I had to selected ‘Damaged product’ from a subset when submitting my ticket, so they clearly don’t read any tickets. Disgusting. Terrible customer service, terrible shipping, terrible company. Will not be trusting SQUEX again, despite being a loyal customer for so many years, this is the final straw of a long string of bad experiences with them.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I pre-ordered NieR Replicant white snow edition day one after they opened up for pre-orders, still hasn't shipped, customer service is silent. Never again will I buy from their store

Can't log into my square enix account or open up ffxiv on my ps3. Im getting errors on both. Called square it says leave this detailed voicemail and we will get back to you within 10 business days! No options of any kind. It just goes rite into leave a message mode. Well I've been a consumer of their stuff for 30 yrs. Im done son. Not to forget the problems in the past dealing with ffxiv when i originally set up the game and accounts. Not sure why they have to make it so difficult and have so many accounts to play one stupid game. Its the only online game I have and I hate it. After so much money invested. I feel compelled to play it and they should make sure that i can. Not my fault their system is garbage! I left them a voicemail alright! An explicit one!! Im actually considering burning this game in my fire pit over the weekend. As i will never buy another SE anything.
I pre-ordered the Nier Replicant Collector Edition and the Nier Soundtrack. My collector edition hasn’t arrived yet because they sold it to someone else and now they don’t respond to emails. The first was that I would get it in a couple of days but after that they never responded again, and that collector edition was not cheap. For the soundtrack I had to get a preorder bonus that was not sent and also did not respond to emails. I was a big fan of Square Enix and I loved their games. Now I hate them (otherwise I don't hate anyone) and they won't get a cent more from me. People don’t buy from them, they are scam

Delivery of Physical goods
Damage Product with no response from support about replacing. I normally wouldn't care but spending almost $200, I would like to receive what i paid for as advertised.
Because of this experience I suggest avoiding Purchasing expensive items from Squiars website. The likelihood of damage occurring is to high with 0 customer service.
I've been waiting for my order for almost a month but it was never delivered.
A refund was initiated via eCheck which forces me to wait my money another two weeks!
It's a shame to such a big and worldwide famous company.
The customer support is poor. They act like they don't know what eCheck is and drop all the blame for the delay on PayPal.
p.s. a refund was issued exactly the next day a review has been posted. The total: it worked!
EU store is abysmal, it deserves negative stars. I'm waiting 5 months (2 delays already) for a delivery. Apparently it's faster to build a rocket than send a freaking action doll. I've never seen anything like that in last 20 years of buying stuff online.
They put out great products yes of course but when you have a problem, we'll buddy that's all on you and you alone to find out how to fix cause once you've given them money they don't give a flying f*k is all your problem now they'll duck dodge and dive everything you throw at them to get out of helping you out. So don't even bother with customer support just throw that s**t in the trash and never buy from square enix again!
Ridiculous and unfair
I’m playing final fantasy 12 and I can’t even progress to get my game platinum
The Diana rare trophy I have been searching for over 45 hrs straight and I am yet to find the mark and the esper battle with zodiark is also impossible giving the esper invincibility almost the entire fight only dropping for less than a second
I honestly have always loved square Enix and their products for years but at this point you all have shown that you don’t care about the mental strain and patience of your customers and I am done with you all for ever
I have thrown away my final fantasy 12 and even my kingdom hearts 3 because it’s not worth it loosing my mind on ridiculous hunts and bosses

Purchased complete digital online edition, 3d secure payment, they sent a verify by phone via sms, did that too. Only other mail i got was that i receive a confirmation email upon validation... this was hours, tried contacting support but only got 2 autoreplies that someone will respond.... not to mention that the site is awfull buggy and you have to look up youtube clips about how to handle that site.... too bad this the storefront for a nice game like ff14... if i knew this i never would have bought it on ps4, its very streamlined there but once you try to bring it over on pc its a very big problem, btw dont buy steam edition either, its more expensive and from what i read alot more bugs including not being able to run the game. Try amazon or someplaces where its easier to chargeback if it doesnt work.
